Oh, how I love Jennifer Lawrence. SO adorable. Loved her as Katniss, loved her in Winter's Bone and The Burning Plain. No telling just how high this girl can go. Aspiring starlets: this is how it's done. With class. To all the people who complained that she "wasn't thin enough" for the Hunger Games - shame on you. She's perfect.

The famed Kentucky Derby is just weeks away. And we all know what that means ... hats!!! Have a peek at Arturo Rios' latest collection. Fantabulous, is it not? Mais oui! Enjoy! If you're a curvy gal, I'm sorry to say this, but you're going to have to sit this one out. These decadent deco beauties go out to the long, sleek, slender gals - y'all were born to wear them! I recently stumbled across the fabulous Australian designer Johanna Johnson and her irresistibly shiny pieces of headpiece gorgeousness. So very Gatsby and romantic. Hearts! I could look at hats all the livelong day; I absolutely adore them. And thanks to sites like Hotsie Hats, I can! I am loving these "fascinators," which are basically junior versions of full-fledged hats. The lovely Ms. Kate Middleton wears them quite a bit, to which I raise my hands in happy air claps. Why can't Americans get into these little pieces of awesome?? Who's your favorite hat designer? Who do I need to know about toute suite?? |
