Ok, here's the thing. I think we can all admit that as great as the hat and fashion extravaganza that is the Kentucky Derby, it's clear that the Brits have us beat with the Royal Ascot. Just ... hands down. There are times when you just gotta call it like it is because Game Recognize Game. The Derby is in 15 days, but we'll have to wait five weeks for the Royal Ascot. In the meantime, I might have to turn in my passport and start waving the Union Flag.

The famed Kentucky Derby is just weeks away. And we all know what that means ... hats!!! Have a peek at Arturo Rios' latest collection. Fantabulous, is it not? Mais oui! Enjoy! I could look at hats all the livelong day; I absolutely adore them. And thanks to sites like Hotsie Hats, I can! I am loving these "fascinators," which are basically junior versions of full-fledged hats. The lovely Ms. Kate Middleton wears them quite a bit, to which I raise my hands in happy air claps. Why can't Americans get into these little pieces of awesome?? Who's your favorite hat designer? Who do I need to know about toute suite?? |
